Owner Junhao of O.C. Knife-Sharpening has worked in the food industry for over 20 years serving Orange County, California. He has perfected his consummate and outstanding sharpening skills while serving as a chef in various 5-star hotels. His career as a chef has enabled him to sharpen any knife by hand with excellence and precision. He sharpens a variety of knives that are made in either Germany or Japan.

Mobility:
Junhao serves his residential clients in two ways:
1. Driving to a customer’s residence or office by appointment.
2. Parking a mobile, service van at various Farmers Market locations to make his services more accessible and affordable to the general public.
